It’s easy and fun!
But first, let’s talk a little bit about what chakras are and what they do.
What Are Your Chakras?
Chakras are energy centers in your body.
The chakra energy centers link directly to you mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
Energy flows both in and out of your chakras.
The better you understand your chakras, how they work, and how they feel, the better you will be able to keep your chakra energy flowing smoothly.
You’ll also quickly and easily improve the quality of life for yourself and those around you.
You have seven major chakras located vertically up along your spine, moving from the base of the spine to the top of your head.
Below, I’ll go over the seven basic chakras and share essential oils and recipes to help balance each.
Essential oils will work anywhere when placed on or applied to your body.
In other words, just like Reiki energy, the energy of essential oils is intelligent and will flow to where it’s needed in your body.
Some people prefer applying oils directly to their affected chakra(s), which is perfect!
Some people prefer applying them to the bottoms of their feet or pulse points. Both are perfect!
Any way you want to apply them, essential oils will do their job perfectly.

Your Crown Chakra (7th Chakra)
Your crown chakra is located at the top of your head.
It is your energetic center of:
- Consciousness
- Enlightenment
- Spirituality

Below is my favorite crown chakra balancing essential oil recipe.
Clarity, Gratitude, Peace & Joy Blend
- 2 drops Cypress essential oil
- 2 drops Ginger essential oil
- 1 drop Clove essential oil
- 1 drop Thyme essential oil
Use, as shown above, as a diffuser recipe. To make a roller bottle or spray, multiply the drops by 4 and place them in a 10 ml roller bottle or a 2 oz spray bottle. Top with fractionated coconut oil for the roller or distilled water for a spray.

- 2 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
- 1 drop Spikenard essential oil
