Reiki 1 Certification Class
The Reiki 1 certification class focuses mainly on YOU. You’ll learn to see, feel, and channel energy to heal yourself.
Wishing to heal yourself is not selfish… it is essential. The more balanced you are mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, the more grounded and present you can be for others.
In Reiki Level 1, you’ll begin by learning the foundation of true healing: how to work on yourself. You’ll develop the ability to feel, understand, and channel Reiki energy with confidence and clarity.
You’ll also learn how to assess and balance the chakras using tools like a pendulum and a crystal, while strengthening your ability to perceive and sense energy in a natural, intuitive way.
No prior experience is needed. We guide you step-by-step through everything, from grounding yourself before energy work to protecting your energy while working with others… so you feel supported, safe, and empowered from the very beginning.
As part of the class, you’ll be guided through a 21-day Reiki Self-Healing Cleanse. The cleanse is a powerful process designed to support deep, lasting transformation.
This period of focused self-healing can be truly life-changing, helping you release mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual patterns you may have been carrying for years, and creating space for greater balance, clarity, and well-being.
After completing the class, you’ll carry the ability to bring healing wherever it’s needed: within yourself and out into the world around you. You’ll be able to help your family, friends, pets, plants, and beyond, sharing a calm, balanced energy that creates meaningful, lasting change.
The method we teach is Usui Shiki Ryoho (Usui Method of Natural Healing). Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki is a traditional Japanese energy healing practice founded by Dr. Mikao Usui. It involves channeling universal life force energy through the hands to promote physical and emotional healing and balance in the body. The practice follows a structured learning path, starting with Reiki 1, where students learn to channel energy for self-healing and to heal others. This method emphasizes traditional elements, such as hand positions, attunements, and sacred symbols, passed down from teacher to student.
This is a very hands-on class. While we will briefly discuss the history and philosophy of Reiki, our primary focus will be on hands-on practice, working together, and utilizing Reiki energy. We want everyone to experience channeling Reiki and receiving Reiki from others.
