Just take a minute and think about the last “bad day” you had.
What caused it?
Did someboday something negative?
Or maybe someone didn’t react to something the way you wanted them to?
It all boils down to a single thought or action being replayed in your mind over and over again, leading to your bad day.

Attracting the Life You Want
Now, imagine for a minute what would have happened if you had the ability to simply brush off your negative reaction.
Imagine simply pushing the entire interaction aside and carrying on with your day more positively.
