Let Go of Your Baggage with Essential Oils, Affirmations & Neuro-Linguistic Programming
This is a 3-step program I offer to my natural health clients.
The program includes:
- Essential Oils
- Affirmations
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming
First, we use essential oils to release your blockages.
Then, you learn about affirmations and how to incorporate them into your daily life.
The affirmations are used daily to instill new positive thoughts in place of your old negative thoughts.
Then, the Neuro-Linguistic Programming session reinforces everything and provides a “trigger point” to ensure ongoing success.
Essential Oil Application
The essential oils used in this protocol are based on acupuncturist Desiree Mangandog’s essential blend “Bye Bye Baggage.”
The Bye Bye Baggage protocol helps you release toxic people, places, and things. Sometimes, it’s difficult to identify your negative baggage. This protocol lets you see it for what it is and let go of it for good!
Bye-Bye Baggage
The “Bye-Bye Baggage” protocol used 10 different essential oils applied to specific acupuncture points to help you move forward and embrace change.
We applied the oils to the following:
- The insides of your elbow creases
- Insides of your wrists
- Back of your neck
Essential Oils to Help You Let Go of Your Baggage
Your roller has the following essential oils topped with fractionated coconut oil in a 5 ml roller bottle:
- Sandalwood (8 drops) – lifts your vibration and brings heightened spiritual awareness.
- Frankincense (3 drops) – raises your emotional awareness and brings your baggage out into the open, motivating you to change.
- Cedarwood (5 drops) – helps you identify the supportive people who love you unconditionally
- Cinnamon (1 drop)- empowers you to stand firm in your truth
- Eucalyptus (2 drops) – raises your standards and improves the quality of your life
- Lemongrass 3 drops) – cleanses your spirit getting rid of negative and toxic vibrations. It releases all the baggage you need to dump from your life.
- Tea Tree/Melaleuca (5 drops) – helps you create boundaries that keep parasitic relationships away. It helps you only allow loving, supportive people to become close.
- Thyme (9 drops) – teaches you to forgive others and keep healthy boundaries at the same time.
- Siberian Fir (8 drops) – breaks your negative patterns such as codependency, enabling, and abusive relationships.
- Douglas Fir (4 drops) – helps you become excited to live with healthy boundaries and higher standards.
Affirmations for Letting Go of Baggage
We go over the affirmations during the class or session.
Afterward, you should practice the affirmations at least once daily.
Before performing the affirmations, apply the essential oil blend (in the roller bottle) to the designated areas.
Next, apply the essential oil blend to the palms of your hands, rub your palms together, and inhale deeply.
Then, look at yourself in the mirror and repeat each affirmation.
- Right now, at this moment, I release each and everything that is attempting to weigh me down.
- I am not defined by my past pain and hurts.
- I am surrounded by an overflowing sense of warmth, peace, and happiness.
- I forgive those who have hurt me.
- My spirit is renewed.
- My mind is set free.
Remember, practice the affirmations at least once daily. If you can do them 3-4 times daily, you’ll experience faster results.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming
If you attend a class or private session, I also provide a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) session as our “intention meditation.”
As a part of the NLP session, you get an anchor using essential oils and a physical trigger. The anchors help give you that little “extra” help.
NLP helps you achieve changes in perception and responsible communication and learn to develop choices of responses or communication in a given situation.
It works via the principle that you already have within yourself all the resources you need to make positive changes in your life.
NLP simply reminds you just how wonderful, powerful, and beautiful you already are!
