Don’t Forget to Drink Your Water!!

Like I said during class, it is very important drink LOTS OF WATER!

You are going to be detoxing mentally, spiritually, physically and emotionally.

Your body is 80% water. And, water flushes the toxins out of your body down to the cellular level.

Essential oils also work in your body on a cellular level, making it extra important to get enough water when you are using essential oils.

Another interesting fact is, most people are chronically mildly dehydrated. Often, we think we are hungry when in reality, our body is thirsty.

Drinking enough water also eliminates many headaches and minor aches and pains.

Here’s how to calculate your personal minimum water needs:

  1. Take your weight (in pounds) and divide that by 2.2.
  2. Multiply that number depending on your age: If you’re younger than 30, multiply by 40. If you’re between 30-55, multiply by 35. If you’re older than 55, multiply by 30.
  3. Divide that sum by 28.3.
  4. Your total is how many ounces of water you should drink each day. Divide that number by 8 to see your result in cups.

So, that is the minimum your body needs. You can always drink more!

Below, I’ll explain a little about the blend plus how and where you are supposed to apply it.

Release Your Fears helps you move forward and embrace change.

It also helps lift negative energetic patterns and shift to a higher vibration.

Apply Release Your Fears to the back of your neck, lower back, and inside of wrists twice daily for roughly two to four weeks. Intuitively, use until it’s gone or you feel like you don’t need it anymore.

Bye Bye Baggage

Bye Bye Baggage helps you release toxic people, places and circumstances.

It also helps you identify the negative baggage in your world and create a desire to shed it for good.

Apply Bye Bye Baggage to the inside of elbow creases, inside of wrists, and back of neck twice daily for roughly 2-4 weeks. Intuitively, use until it’s gone or you feel like you don’t need it anymore.

I Love Myself

I Love Myself helps with low self-esteem and feelings of worthlessness.

It also helps you feel valuable and cherished. You’ll feel like you matter and are here for a reason.

Apply I Love Myself over the heart three times daily. You can also apply to the insides of your wrists for roughly 2-4 weeks. Intuitively, use until it’s gone or you feel like you don’t need it anymore.

Soothe the Soul

Soothe the Soul helps when your spirit is exhausted and you’ve endured severe hardship.

It helps in situations like leaving a job, relationship challenges, legal battles, moving, and working on challenging projects at school or work.

Apply Soothe the Soul to the inside of elbow creases, chest, and midline of belly 2-3 times daily for roughly 2-4 weeks. Intuitively, use until it’s gone or you feel like you don’t need it anymore.

I Am Free

I Am Free reminds you of the liberty that is yours! It’s perfect if you feel trapped in your life circumstances and can’t see a way out.

It will help you choose a different path and learn more about options.

As humans, we are all free. The lie is the perception we are stuck and there are no other choices.

Apply I Am Free to the back of your neck and on your chest 2-3 times daily for roughly 2-4 weeks. Intuitively, use until it’s gone or you feel like you don’t need it anymore.

On My Path

On My Path helps you on the journey to discover your deepest purpose in life.

In our fast-paced society, people forget to just sit and listen to their inner voice. On My Path helps you connect with your higher self, and listen to what it has to say.

Apply On My Path across your forehead, on the back of your neck, on inner elbow crease, and around your belly button 2-3 times daily for roughly 2-4 weeks. Intuitively, use until it’s gone or you feel like you don’t need it anymore.

Momentum

Momentum helps you embark on any new journey that you have trouble starting.

It’s perfect if you are starting a new business or project, trying to improve your health, starting college, etc.

Using Momentum helps you “expand within yourself”–blasting your gifts and talents out to the universe. Use only if you are ready for radical change.

Apply Momentum over your heart area and the back of your neck 2-3 times daily for roughly 2-4 weeks. Intuitively, use until it’s gone or you feel like you don’t need it anymore.
