Relax and Rejuvenate with Essential Oils

What I often do is dab a few drops of lavender oil on a warm, moist cloth and rest it over my face while being sure to inhale slowly and deeply after long and challenging days. It really makes me feel extraordinary!

You can also consider putting a few drops of lemon or citrus essential oil (like grapefruit) in your water for a gentle detox and energy boost.

Citrus oils have a chemical constituent in them called l-limonene that helps with the production of the master antioxidant glutathione (think brain energy).

Glutathione is responsible for binding to toxins and pulling them out.

Essential Oils are naturally safe and effective.  

And finally, if you want to GO ALL OUT (which I highly encourage), you can add epsom salt to your bathwater and once the salt dissolves squeeze a few drops of lavender for a luxurious spa feeling!

Turn on your diffuser, put on some music, and let the lavender soothe you into a deep relaxation.
