What is your goal for June?
June is a big month because when it’s complete… we are 50% of the way through 2019!
I always tell people to use various months as benchmarks to see if you are on track.
So I ask you…
Are you on track?
Is your health where you want it to be?
Are your relationships where you want them to be?
Are your emotions where you want them to be?
Are your finances where you want them to be?
If the answer is “YES,” wonderful – keep your momentum moving you forward.
If the answer is “NO,” wonderful – at least we found out early and you have six months to course correct.
Here’s the point…
Measuring your goals is even more important than setting them in the first place.
Most people start to measure when it’s already too late – December!
It is only June so you still have time, but if you are not where you want to be yet, let’s figure out why and then work together to develop a plan.
Some actions you might want to consider taking to help move you towards your goals:
- Get outside and enjoy nature
- Remove sugar from your diet
- Consume a diet filled with high-quality produce and proteins
- Have a smoothie each day
- Incorporate new doTERRA products into your life
- Call your friends more often
- Schedule something fun with family
- Read more
- Put 10% of your paycheck into savings
