  • Essential Oils: You’ll begin your journey by applying Desiree Mangandog’s essential blend “Bye Bye Baggage” to specific acupuncture points. This blend, which includes 10 essential oils like sandalwood, frankincense, and cedarwood, cleanses your spirit and releases toxic patterns, making way for a fresh start. You will receive a roller of the blend to take home to use with your daily affirmations.
  • Affirmations: Learn how to harness the power of daily affirmations to instill new, positive thoughts. By incorporating affirmations into your routine, you’ll cultivate a mindset that supports healing and emotional freedom.
  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming: You will experience an “intention meditation” with an NLP session to reinforce your progress. You’ll receive an anchor using essential oils and a physical trigger, providing ongoing support and empowerment as you navigate life’s challenges.
